Your jewelry should look as beautiful as you imagined and feel even better. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unworn item within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund any Gnat Original Design purchase in its original condition.

Every return requires Return Merchandise Authorization. Please e-mail our service representatives at service@GnatOriginalDesign.com or call us at 303-355-5858 to receive an authorization code for your return. You must write this number on the Return Label that will be enclosed for return shipping. Without it the package will not be accepted.

Also, please make sure your items are accompanied by proper documentation and in the original box. We will refund the full purchase price excluding the shipping charges within two days of receipt. Fully- insured items may be returned to our store by UPS:

Our professional and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you as you make your purchase. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At the present time we cannot process orders for credit cards with an International billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address - the address your credit card provider has on file for you - when completing the order form. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping

For your convenience, Gnat Original Design offers a variety of shipping options for your Valentine's Day gift.

  • UPS USA 2nd Day Air Service is $12.50
  • UPS USA Next Day Air Service is $22.50.
  • We do not accept international orders.
    (Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.)

    Gnat Original Design uses UPS because it is a traceable insured service for declared values up to $50,000. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Due to shipping restrictions, we require a physical U.S. address for all shipments. P.O boxes, APO and FPO addresses will not be accepted. Customers with APO and FPO addresses will need to arrange for delivery to an alternate physical U.S. address.

    When awaiting the delivery of your gift, remember that the first day of shipping is the day after your order is processed. Expedited orders will ship the same day if received by Gnat Original Design by 12 noon (MST) and are estimated to arrive within one business day.
